Show I Miss Vivian Prince Wins i Popularity Contest i 'iss Vivian Prince, representing fourth year class of the-Dixie i junior high school, won the popu-! popu-! pnty contest sponsored by the ' p- A. chapter at the Dixie ! 'Pge and junior high last week ' y was crowned queen at the Wual F.F.A. Harvest Ball Fri-; Fri-; 5-v. night. Earl Hafcn, chapter , sidem, made the presentation jech and placed the crown on l"0 Birl chosen by vote of the stunts stu-nts as the most popular girl in Dixie. Attendants At-tendants were Miss Alma Tanner of Washington and Miss Beth j Gubler of Ivins, who were escorted by Harold Hafen, former F.F.A. president and Clayton Sullivan, chapter reporter. Roy Nisson, dressed in the official F.F.A. uniform uni-form carried the crown to - the throne. The throne was designed and decorated by Mrs. Guy Hafen assisted as-sisted by Page Bowler and his ; committee. Miss Fawn Sehmutz I designed the crown for the queen. Moving pictures and still photographs photo-graphs were made of the coronation corona-tion ceremony and Harvest Queen. |
