Show WASHINGTON yASHINGTOX, Nov. 3. The Sunday school officers and teachers enjoyed a party Saturday Satur-day night. The evening was spent in playing games, lunch was served and all had a good time. Stake M. I. A. officers visited us in conjoint meeting Sunday night. President J. W. Harrison was the principal speaker. The Just-a-Mere Club held a Halloween party Friday night at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Mazel Sproul. The work on the water system sys-tem is progressing nicely. The trenches have been dug and the laying of pipe started Monday. Mrs. Melvin Wittwer and little lit-tle daugther, Bonnie, left Monday Mon-day for their home at Beaver. They have been visiting relatives here for several days. Mrs. Nellie Moss returned to Los Angeles Saturday. She has spent the past week visiting her mother, Mrs. Ellen "Westover. The Gleaner girls enjoyed a weinie roast Tuesday evening. Mrs. Caddie Neilson entertained entertain-ed the Les Amies club Friday afternoon. Rodney Neilson and Keith Iv-erson Iv-erson returned Sunday from the Boulder dam where they went with the Boy Scouts. |
