Show GUNLOCK Ql'NLOCK, Oct. 2 5. Funeral services for Howard Leavitt, who died at St. George on October Oc-tober IS, were held here October Octo-ber 21, under the direction of Bishop F. J. Bowler. The opening open-ing song was "Wanted on the Other Side." Prayer, James L. Bunker, of Veyo. Song. "Sometime We'll Understand." Un-derstand." Speakers were Arthur F. Miles ! of the St. George stake high j council. Harry Bowler, John Bowler, Joseph Leavitt. Ilyrum Jones and Bishop Bowler. All j noke well of the departed and ! extended their sympathy to the j bereaved family. A poem composed by Maria P'nlt was read by Lula Bowler, and a vocal solo, "Oh. It Is Wonderful." was sung by Robert Rob-ert Piatt. The closing song was "Oh, My Father." and the benediction was by William T. Truman. Interment Inter-ment was in the Gunlock cemetery, ceme-tery, the grave being dedicated by Joseph A. Neilson. One hundred fifty-two relatives, rela-tives, in addition to many friends, were at the funeral. |
