Show LEGION COMMANDER 10 MIT LAKE State Officials Will Be Guests at Banquet to Be Held Sat-' Sat-' urday Night. National Commflnder Ralph T. O'Neil of the Legion will pay an official visit to Utah, Saturday, May 2, and elaborate plans have fceeroiade for a monster meeting i -egiimair-4H- Lake City. The meeting will be in'tkarge of the Salt Lake post and all Uteh memlbers are urged to attend. The national commander will arrive ar-rive in Ogden at 1:30 p. m. Saturday Sat-urday and will be greeted by Department De-partment Comlmander R. L. Ol-sen Ol-sen and a party of Ogden members. mem-bers. The commander and party will then proceed in the early afternoon after-noon to Salt Lake and will pay a visit to Memory park near the state capital grounds and other points of interest. The Salt Lake program calls for a dinner at the Commercial club at 6:30 p. m. to which all Legionnaires Legion-naires and Auxiliary memlbers are invited. The big event of the evening eve-ning will be the big meeting in the Commercial club at 8 o'clock. Legionnaires and Auxiliary members mem-bers are invited to this affair. Governor George H. Dern, G. L. Becker and other prominent Ut-ahns Ut-ahns will be guests. |
