Show NOTICE OF DEFAULT Deseret Federal Savings and Loan Association, a savings and loan association associa-tion authorized to do business in Utah under the laws of the United States of America, as Trustee, hereby gives notice that a default has occurred under a Deed of Trust dated the 6th day of October, 1982, executed by James A. Willmes and Joan A. Willmes, husband and wife, as Trustors, with Deseret Federal Savings and Loan Association, as Beneficiary, recorded in Book 315 at Page 385 Entry Number 195772 in the records of the Uintah County Recorder, on the 6th day of October, 1982, covering the following real property situated in Uintah Uin-tah County, State of Utah, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the West line Section 8, Township 5 South, Range 22 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, 765.0 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Section; thence North along the said West Section line 100.0 feet; thence East parallel to the South line said Section Sec-tion 193.0 feet; thence South parallel to the said West Section line 100.0 feet ; thence West parallel to the South Section line 193.0 feet to the point of beginning. Said property is located at 4341 South 2500 East, Vernal, Utah. The Trustee hereby declares that there has occurred oc-curred the breach of an uuiigdLiuu iur which Lite trust property was conveyed con-veyed as security, to wit: the failure of the Trustors or their assigns to pay monthly payments for the months of January, February and March of 1983 in the amount of $2,412.00 together with late charges totaling $116.67. There is also due the sum of $50.00 expended by the Trustee for a title report and a collection fee of $50.00. There w ill also be due all of the additional expenses ex-penses and fees of the notices of default, notices of sale and foreclosure proceeding. The said Deed of Trust secures an obligation under a Note dated October Oc-tober 6, 1982, for the principal prin-cipal sum of $62,500 00 with interest as provided in said Note, and upon which there is presently an unpaid un-paid balance of $62,490 43 with interest accumulating ac-cumulating at the rate of $25.60 per diem from January 1, 1983. The Trustee declares the entire sum secured by said Deed of Trust to be accelerated, ac-celerated, immediately due and payable as provided provid-ed in said Deed of Trust and the Note for w hich the Deed of Trust is security, and the Trustee declares that it elects to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligation it secures.
