Show ORDINANCE 81-44 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VERNAL CITY PLANNING & ZONING CODE, TITLE 3, AS ADOPTED JUNE 3, 1981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF VERNAL, UTAH: The Vernal City Planning and Zoning Code, Title 3 of the Revised Vernal City Ordinances, as adopted June 3, 1981, is hereby amended to read as follows: Chapter 03-20 Residential Zone R-2 03-20-004. Minimum Area Requirements. B. Two family dwelling - 9,000 sq. ft. C. One family dwelling utilizing zero side yard - 4,500 sq. ft. 03-20-005. Minimum Width Requirements. Re-quirements. B. Two family dwelling - 90 feet C. One family dwelling utilizing zero side yard - 45 feet Chapter 03-21 Residential Zone R-3 03-21-004. Minimum Area Requirements. B. One family dwelling utilizing zero side yard- 4,500 sq. ft. C. Two family dwelling - 9,000 sq. ft. 03-21-005. Minimum Width Requirements. Re-quirements. B. One family dwelling utilizing zero side yard - 45 ft. C. Two family dwelling - 90 ft. Chapter 03-11. Supplementary Regulations 03-11-004. Additional Yard Regulations. 8. B. The dweUing units must be attached attach-ed and have a minimum two (2) hour rated fire wall between them. This ordinance shall take effect as provided by law immediately upon its passage.
