ARIX, A Professional Corporation Engineers, Architects, Planners 760 Horizon Drive Grand Junction, Colorado 81501 Phone: (303 ) 243-7569 The Town Council of Dinosaur, Colorado will receive sealed bids on a General Contract, including in-cluding mechanical and electrical work, for the New Town Hall Building, a one story structure of masonry and wood framing fram-ing and brick veneer. All Bids must be on a lump sum basis ; segregated bids will not be accepted. The Owner will receive sealed bids until 2 p.m. local time on Monday, November 23, 1981 at the Town Hall of Dinosaur, Dinosaur, Colorado 81610. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Copies of the above documents may be obtained ob-tained at the office of the A-E in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders Bid-ders upon depositing the sum $25.00 for each set of documents. Bidders may obtain refund re-fund of their deposits by returning documents in good condition not more than 10 days after bids have been opened. Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any irregularities ir-regularities in Bids, and to accept the Bid that is to the best interest of the Town of Dinosaur.
