OCR Text	Show Scout receives Arrow of Light Ray Fowler, 11, received the Arrow of Light award in cub scouting at a pack meeting Oct. 21. The cubmaster, Dale Smuin presented the award to Ray who is a member of the Vernal Ninth Ward 789. Ray has worked hard on his award with "the help of Mr. and Mrs. James Allred. He has completed 12 activity badges. Ray, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Fowler, is a fifth grader at Ashley Elementary. He enjoys all kinds of sports and he likes to fish. 1 RAY FCWLErT"
