Show Macsor Enid Hatch Phone 789-3150 Knowledge Bowl students named from Maeser The Uintah School District Knowledge Bowl was held Thursday, April 2 at Vernal Junior High. The following students were selected from Maeser Elementary School to participate: par-ticipate: First grade-Jaron Cox, Dylan Rooks, Amy Mecham, Joshua Hawkins. Second grade-Tiffany Haslem, Sherry Smuin, Justin DeCol, Sony Sands, alternate, Nichole Fisher. Third grade-Kyle grade-Kyle Bennion, Brandon Pierce, Emily Grua, Larry McDonald, alternative, Shelly Atwood. Fourth grade-Ruth Ann Brown, Krista Warberg, Kimberly Thomas, Zackery Smith, alternate, Lori Hatch. Fifth grade-Zane Ball, Jeff Swanson, Kyle Cox, Danny Bowden, alternate, Chris Labrum. Sixth grade-Darren grade-Darren Wall, bruce Haslem, Brian Smith, Dirk Slade, alternate, Deanie McKee. The Maeser fourth grade team won the 1980-81 Knowledge Bowl. Mr. and Mrs. John Helco and children, Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Hatch attended the wedding and reception for Paul E. Carson and Da W. Cowan in Jensen March 28. Albert and Thelma Draper from Silt, Colo., are the new people who purchased pur-chased the DeNile Smuin home. The Smuins are building a new home just north of Bob May's residence. Cliff and Diane (Allen) Storey and children from Calera, Al. have moved to Maeser. They will be staying with parents, the Frank Aliens until they get located. Russell Day has returned from San Diego, Calif., moving his wife Gail and son Jason to Maeser. They will be staying with the David and Geraldine White family until they can get settled. Danny and Linda Anderton have a new son born April 1 weighing 9 lbs. 2 . oz. Grandparents are Elden and Velda Anderton of Vernal, Ellis H. and Donna Vance of Dugway, Utah. Robert, Teri . and Brandi Dawn welcomed home Derek Vance. Shirley Bodily and children have moved back to Salt Lake City. David and Geraldine White returned April 6 from Memphis, Tar..
