Show PUBLIC NOTICE At a Public Hearing held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 28, 1981 in the Commissioners Com-missioners room at the Uintah County Building, the Uintah County Commissioners Com-missioners took the following action: 1. Rezone from A-l and H-l to C-l, Commercial the following described parcel: Beginning at a point which bears S2 degrees 23' 20" E-220.00" along the west line of the SW'i NEy4 of section 28, T4S, R21E SLB&M, from the Northwest Corner of said SWV4 NE't, thence N88 degrees 14' 43" E-1486.12' parallel to the North line of the S'A NEV4 of said section, thence Si degree 40'U" E-111.79' parallel to the East line of said SW'4 NE14 of section 28, thence N88 degrees 14' 43" E-227.77' parallel to the North line of the said SVi NEV4 of section 28, thence S32 degrees 12'00" E-187.85' parallel to the right of way line of a County Road and Steinaker Service Canal thence S43 degrees 59' 07" W-1181.02' along the West line of U.S. Highway 40, thence S88 degrees 16' 12' W-280.09' along the South line of the said NE'4 of section 28 thence N2 degrees 1233" W-659.98' along the 164 section line of said section 28, thence S88 degrees 16' 12" W-672.92' parallel to the said South line of the NE'4 of Section 28, thence N2 degrees 23' 20" W-437.65' along the West line of the said NEV4 of Section 28, to the point of beginning. Contains 26.251 acres more or less. The above parcel is currently cur-rently owned by Ray Ashton, and Player and Willyard Partnership and is located at approximately approx-imately 800 South and U.S. 40 West. 2. Rezoned from A-l to R-2 Multi-Family Dwelling, Dwell-ing, the following described describ-ed parcel : Beg. at the SW Cor NW', NWV4 Sec. 28 T4S, R21E of the SLM, th. N. 187.4 ft. E 297 ft. S 187.4 ft; W.297,fUoJeg. The above parcel is located at approximately 703 South on 2500 West and is owned by Isla W. King. 3. Accepted the final plat of Midland Heights Subdivision, with the addition ad-dition of some restrictive covenents.
