Show Vernal woman dies at 83 Jessie McCarrell Tiffany, 83, of vpmal died in the Ashley Valley Seal Center, Sept. 26, 1981. , Born March 25, 1898 in Vernal to TreDh and Elizabeth Sulser Mc- . rVrrell she married George (Dick) Milton Tiffany. He died May 25, 1963. She was a clerk at Ashton's Ladies-n-adv to Wear department for 41 vears member of Vernal Third Ward, former member of the American Legion Auxiliary and member of the OX Bridge Club for 40 years. Funeral services were Tuesday, Sept 29 in the Vernal Third Ward Chapel. Bishop C. Brian O'Neil conducted. con-ducted. Lynn McCarrell gave the family prayer. "God's Other Room" was sung by Don Walker, Marva Lent and Lois Erickson, accompanied by Ruth Walker. The invocation was by Edger C. Jones. Bishop O'Neil gave some remarks and Dr. Dan Price spoke. Reid Birchell gave the benediction. Melba Woodhouse played the prelude and postlude music. Karl Migliori dedicated the grave. Burial was in the Vernal Memorial Park cemetery. The Vernal Third Ward Relief Society was in charge of the flowers. Pallbearers were Ralph Ashton, Arvel McCarrell, Don Holmes, Charles Henderson, Lynn McCarrell and Hal Duke. Survivors are a daughters, Barbara Gibson of Vernal; grandson, Jim Gibson of Denver and a sister, Mrs. Kate Vealer of Burns, Oregon. |
