Police arrested Daniel Rohr, 23, Roosevelt, on retail theft, a class A misdemeanor. He was booked into the Uintah County Jail on $1000 bail. He was out on bail the same day and was arraigned before Seventh Circuit Court Judge Whitney Hammond last Monday where he plead guilty to the charges. "There are two things that pleased me about what happened," Mayor Snyder later said. "One is that this is one that didn't get away, and second was that someone else wasn't afraid to get involved." |
