Show Little League Football Involves a Lot of Boys About 140 boys, including 8th graders have spent September Sep-tember and October playine football. There are two local games left to play. At 5:30 p.m. Oct. 7 the Chargers will play the Chiefs, and at 11 a.m. Oct. 9 the Colts will play the Vikings. Both games will be at the little league field. On Oct. 8 two 8th grade teams have been invited to play at 3 p.m. in Cedar City. Winner of a CB radio and digital clock will be drawn on awards night, which will be Oct. 13 at 8 p.m. at the Southeast Elementary auditorium. auditor-ium. Proceeds from this project will be used to pay for new uniforms, shoulder pads and helmets which were ordered this year. Parents are especially asked to remember the awards night date and be in attendance. Little League teams say thank you to their sponsors, as follows: Chiefs, Plateau Hardware; Hard-ware; Chargers, Atlas Minerals; Miner-als; Packers, B & H Machine; Vikings, Nuclear Assurance Corp.; Rams, Elks and West Side Auto Repair; Colts, Uranium Production Co.; and T-Birds and Hawks, Miller's.
