Show 28 Classes Now Runnina at SUCCE A total of 28 college classes are being taught in the area this quarter under the auspices of the Southeastern Utah Center for Continuing Education. Two of these classes are being taught in Green River and two in Price, with the remainder local. The number of classes is a few more than were taught last spring quarter, and a few less than last fall, but the student load appears to be holding steady. Classes in Moab include introduction to physical geology, stratigraphy of S.E. Utah, and college algebra on Mondays. Tuesdays managerial accounting, karate, remedial math, introduction to sociology, beeinning Navajo, assessment of com- 3 plcx learning behavior disorders, and I personality theory are taught. Taught on Wednesdays are law of 3 contracts and organizational relations, world literature 1650 to present, I individual piano, general psychology, and j police science, this class taught by Weber State University. On Thursdays introduction to ac- J counting, introduction to computer i science, human growth and development, j elementary Spanish and French, general ) ecology, individual piano-voice; and tole j painting-creative machine embroidery ! are taught. Basic painting and painting j studio will be taught on Friday and j Saturday beginning Oct. 29. j |
