He appeared and was advised of this warrant and of his right to waive extradition. He refused to waive extradition extradit-ion and was committed to Grand County Jail for 30 days pending the receipt of a Utah Governor's warrant of extradition. extradi-tion. John D. Abel appeared Oct. 5 on a fugitive complaint alleging four counts of drawing draw-ing checks on insufficient funds in Yuma County, Az. Leonard Dale Terrill appeared appear-ed Oct. 5 on a charge of theft of linens from the TraveLodge, a Class B Misdemeanor. He entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to pay a $175 fine, and in default of payment to serve 35 days in jail. He was also placed on probation for the length of time he expects to be in Moab, about 3 months on a short-term job. |
