Show Recreation and Tourism Day Planned by Utah Ageny RE EC & TOU R. . 2-24 . . "Recreation and Tourism Tour-ism Day" in Utah will be observed January 9, 1971 as part of the state's week-long week-long (January 4 through 10) celebration of its 75th anniversary of statehood The state's legislators will begin their celebration of "Recreation and Tourism Tour-ism Day" with a chartered bus ride leaving the fitate capitol for picturesque Sundance Sun-dance Ski Resort on Utah's Alpine Scenic Loop. On their arrival they will be greeted by Governor Ram-pton Ram-pton and Robert Redford, part owner of the resort. Following a continental breakfast and a short bus ride to Bridal Veil Falls, the legislative party will board the steam powered "Heber Creeper" passen ger train for its inaugural run from Vivian Park, through the sheer walls of I'rovo Canyon, to its destination dest-ination in peaceful Heber City. Governor and Mrs. Rampton will assist in a ribbon cutting ceremony for the remedied train which will be free to the public all day Saturday following its inaugural run.
