Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS James R. Lammert, P. O. Box 58, Moab, Utah 84532 has filed with the State Engineers Appl. No. 40497 (05-805) to appropriate appro-priate 4.0 sec. ft. of water in Grand County, State of Utah. The water will be diverted from the following: follow-ing: (1) 16-in. well, 275 ft. deep at a point S. 300 ft W. 130 ft, (2) 16-in. well, 285 ft. deep at a point S. 265 ft, W. 35 ft., (3) 12-in. 12-in. well, 250-300 ft. deep at a point S. 165 ft. W. 45 ft., (4) 12in. well, 250-300 ft. deep at a point S. 100 ft W. 75 ft., (5) 12-in. well, 250-300 ft. deep at a point S. 50 ft. W. 50 ft., and (6) 6-in. well, 250-300 ft. deep at a point S. -43-ft. & W. 951 ft. all points from N'i Cor. Sec. 8, T25S, R23E. The water will 'be' stored from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 in an earth filled dam 10 ft. high creating a reservoir reser-voir having a 5.0 ac. ft. capacity inundating 2 acres ac-res within NWV4 Sec. 8, T25S, R23E. The water will be used for domestic purposes of 25 persons and 10 families, stockwatering of 150 cattle, 100 sheep, 25 hogs & 250 poultry; and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for supplemental irrigation of 150 acres but limited to sole supplv of 80 acres within NWV4 Sec. 8, T25S, R23E. Protests resisting the granting of this application applica-tion with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114 on or before July 10, 1971.
