Show Moss Predicts Quick Passage of Park Bills Senator Frank E. Moss has predicted quick passage pass-age of four park bills introduce in-troduce I by him following a one-day Senate hearing in Washington, 1). C. The four bills were passed pass-ed unanimously by the Senate last year but died in committee in the House and had to be reintroduced this year.
