Show Application Is in Order Seventh Judicial pist r.el Judge Kdward Sheya Monday Mon-day considered an appl'ica lion by the County for formation for-mation of a water conservancy conser-vancy district, ''ti". Judge Sheya reported that the court found the petition' in due form and in compliance with the Htalut.es of this state with respect to the purpose of. .said conservancy district, and round that the requisite requi-site number of property owners had agreed to tho organization thereof. then ordered the publication publica-tion of a notice of such ot-gnni'.aition ot-gnni'.aition for three weeks prior to the hearing dave which was set for July 19, at 2 p.m. The fourt also ordered a bond posted to cover the expenses of organization in the event the same wa. limt effected as provided by law and ordered the clerk to mail a notice of this to the Board of County Com missi oners.
