Show Notice of Hearing Rezoning - Moab City Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Moab City Council and Moab Planning Commission Commis-sion on Tuesday, November 7, 1978 at 8 p.m. in the City Council Chambers to consider rezoning a tract of land owned by Larry Hixon located at 153 East Third North. Said property proper-ty is currently zoned R-3, Residential, and Mr. Hixon has requested that It be rezoned C-2, Commercial-Residential Zone. Legal description descrip-tion is as follows: Beginning at the NE Corner of Lot 2, Section 1,.T. 26 S., R. 21 E., SLB&M, and running thence West 523 feet; thence South 23 54 ' East 640 feet; thence East 264 feet, more or less, to the East line of said Lot 2; thence North along said East line of said Lot 2 to place of beginning.
