Show Mishap in Arches Brings Injuries To Visitors An accident in Arches National Na-tional Monument last Friday night brcugh; minor injuries to parties in a 1967 Chevrolet Chev-rolet Malibu which overturned overturn-ed and was totaled out. The wreck occurred as John Eenj:.min White, 23, was driving driv-ing near the Windows section of the Monument about 11 miles from the visitor center. cen-ter. A deer jumped in front of the auto and as Whitt swerved to miss the animal he skidded for about 333 feet, then hit a bank and overturned. Passengers in the car were: John M.ohael Lowther, 17: Brandon Leslie Merett and Shane Merett all of Moab. The three passengers in the car received cuts and bruises bruis-es and were treated and released re-leased from Allen Memorial Hospital. The driver, White, lost several teeth in the incident, in-cident, he was also released from the hospital after receiving re-ceiving treatment. Sheriff W.H.
