Show Junior High Musicians Perform Here Cultured citizens of Moab certainly enjoyed the efforU of the GCJII bamd and chorus last Thursday night in a concert con-cert held in Star Hall. , Th'fc concert showed fh-; adiievemcnts1 of this school's fine art's department. The chorus, led by Miss Phyllis Reed rendered such popular numbers as "Born Free" and "The Impossible Dream." Mrs. Marilyn Stout accompanied accom-panied the singing group on Ihe piano. Mr. Bruce Negley, band director, di-rector, led the band in "The Mustang Concert March" and "Rythm of the Winds" along ith other nurrtbers which ilustrated the musical development develop-ment of the band. The sdhoo! is proud to have a group of students represent repre-sent it so wall. There should also be a pat on the back for .the instructors involved |
