Show Students Entertained Elders In Luncheon Program I There was no generation gap in Moab on Thursday, March 11, as sixty fourth-grade fourth-grade students from Helen M. Knight Elementary School entertained approximately 75 of their elders. It was hard to tell who enjoyed it more, children or adults, as the Howard Balsley Hall of the Community Baptist Church rang with the delightful delight-ful sounds of choral selections and Phillipine stick dances performed by the exuberant fourth graders under the direction of HMK musi, teacher, Phyllis Reed J fourth grade teachers p. Negley and Paula Radcliffe -The occasion was . monthly luncheon for th I " retired and semi-retired m pie of the community spot.; sored by the women of th, i Community Baptist Church ' The luncheons were stantd S in September as a service to i! the senior citizens of Moab Attendance has grown fr0ffl sixty-one at the first meal i, September to eighty seven i, r February and continues t0 increase. A donation of $1 j requested, but it is stressed that nobody should stay away because they are not able to pay. The next luncheon will be April 8.
