Show NOTICE TO PUBLIC Opportunity for Public Hearing On Proposed Construction of Interstate Highway 70 From the West Green River Interchange Inter-change to Floy Wash. Project No. l-70-42163 The Utah Transportation Commission herewith advises all interested persons or groups that highway improvements improve-ments are proposed on FAI-70 said highway being State Route No. 4 in Grand and Emery Counties. The proposed route location of the project is as follows: Beginning at the West Green River Interchange; thence easterly 13.5 miles generally parallel to and approximately mile southerly from existing U. S. Highway 50 and 6 to Floy Wash. Proposed design features ' consist of construction of approximately 15.5 miles of interstate highway with related relat-ed drainage and vehicular structures and facilities. The governing officials of Grand and Emery Counties and Green River City have been notified. The public is herewith advised that a Public Hearing, to discuss the design features of the proposed improvements, improve-ments, will be held only If requested. Any person or organization desiring that a public hearing be held must submit a written request postmarked no later than April 8, 1976. Requests must be sent by Registered United States Mail addressed to: Utah Department of Transportation, Attention: James E. Johnston, 612-A State Office Building, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114. At any time during regular office hours, maps, drawings, and other pertinent information informa-tion developed by the Utah Department of Transportation and written views received to date by the Department from any interested persons or groups will be available for public inspection and copying at Salt Lake City, Utah, or the Utah Department of Transportation Transpor-tation District 4 Office, Price, Utah.
