Show Heliport Planned For BLM Here Application has been made to Federal Aviation Administration Adminis-tration for the establishement of a private-use heliport in Moab. FAA is currently conducting a study to determine deter-mine the effect of this heliport on the safe and efficient use of airspace by aircraft. The heliport will be located on property being leased by the Bureau of Land Management Manage-ment for their regional offices, near 200 South Street. It will consist of a 20' by 20' asphalt and concrete landing area, with ingressegress proposed to the north, south and west. The sponsor estimates one helicopter would be based at the heliport and would primarily primar-ily be used by government agencies for work on forest fires. Interested persons are invited invit-ed to participate in the aeronautical study by submitting submit-ting comments to the Chief, Operations, Procedured and Airspace Branch (Attn: ARM-530), ARM-530), Rocky Mountain Region, 10455 East 25th Ave., Aurora, Colorado 80010.
