"t present the Bureau of Reclamation is releasing an amoutn equal to the inflow and will continue contin-ue to do so nnti! the inflow drops below 1.600 c.f.s., the pv.erpkmt capacity, probably early in August. The Juno inllow was the highest for any month since 1'JliG li:,i measurements were begun. It is estimated that about $25,000 damage was prevented prevent-ed by storing the peak flows in Fonttnelle Reservoir. The reservoir is still full ami w.ll remain full until the later part of August. The mean dally release, which is about the same as the flow through Lodore Canyon, is now abou1-3,000 abou1-3,000 c.f.s. and is expected to be maintained through July and August. The elevation eleva-tion of Flaming Gorge Res. evvoir is 6.034 feet. It is e--rise 1 more fot, which is 5 fel from full. The flow of the Green River Ri-ver at Green River, Utah, is about 4.000 c.f.s.
