The elder Hay l.ft home nearly thirty years aao, and the family had never ben able to learn hie whereabout.. When the mother died ten years ag-o a special effort waa made to find the old man, without avail. When Mr. Hay saw hla father, he said: "I am your son; don't you remember m.T" "Eh? er I don't Quite," answered his father. Then followed a recital of the family history, and after a time the aed father remembered that he did have a son named Archie. - It seems the old man Is quite satisfied, and may not return home with, hla son. They had dinner together at the farm, and the lonr-loat father finally appeared very proud of his new-found son. |
