Show HERMANN ARGUMENT TO TAKE TWO DAYS WASHINGTON, April 22. Assistant United States Attorney Adktns concluded his argument today in the trial of Binger Hermann for destroying public " records. A. 8. Worthlngton then began a two-days' two-days' argument for the defense. United States Attorney Baker will make the concluding con-cluding address for the Government. It is now expected the case will go to the Jury Thursday. The Hyde-Benson-Dlmond land fraud case, which was to begin today before Justice Stafford, Is postponed to await the conclusion of the Hermann trial. |
