The first three mentioned were there to enter pleas of not guilty to the charge of conspiracy on which Newton and Donaldson were arrested 'Monday v evening and Sheets and fealeigh yesterday morning. ' Donaldson and Bazzuto; entered pleas of not guilty yesterday, but were present pres-ent to ascertain if their case was to be set.' After a wait of a few minutes the announcement was made that Justice Bishop would not be able to be in court this morning. . . . County Attorney Willard Hanson informed in-formed Sheets, Raleigh , and Newton that he would have the complaint as filed before Justice Bishop dismissed and that be would file a new complaint before Judge Whitaker some time during dur-ing the day. The three men were notified noti-fied that they would be informed when they were wanted in court. The original charge against Donaldson and Bazzuto will not be changed. That Alleged Confession.
