Show MUNICIPAL SHOPS TO SELL MEAT AT COST ST. PETERSBURG, Feb. 27. The members-elect of Parliament from Nizhni-Novfjorod met yesterday and drew up a strong protest against the provincial administration which, it is claimed, interferes with the public famine fam-ine relief and prosecutes those who open free eating-rooms.
