Show -MANY HAPPY RETURNS Richard J. Hogan's Birthday Brings Telegram Greetings Si 1 On the anniversary of his birth today, Richard J. Hogan, attorney and member of the civil aervice commission, receives congratulations congratula-tions from The Telegram. His birthday "just another day," Mr. Hogan went through his usual routine working at his office during dur-ing the day and planning to apend the evening at his home, 401 Twelfth East street The evening, however, will be somewhat of a gala occasion for him, because his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Bou-ton Bou-ton of Oakland, Cal., and their two children are visiting in Salt Lake City. A native of Ogden, Mr. Hogan practiced law in Pocatello, Idaho, before coming to Salt Lake City In 1925. He Is a member of the Fort Douglas Doug-las Golf club. Weber club of Ogden. Knife and Fork club and the American Amer-ican and Utah Bar associations.
