Show Seabiscuit Tops Anita Entries ARCADIA, Cal., Dec. 22 (PI Mrs. Charles F. Howard's Seabiscuit topped the list of 24 horses nominated nomi-nated today for the 15000 Christmas stakes which will be the feature race at Santa Anita's opening Saturday. Sat-urday.
