Show THREE GUILTY j IN GAMING RAID AMERICAN FORK Robert Wagstaff, SO, of American Fork, u found guilty Wednesday morning of charge of allowing gambling (am to bo operated in nil residence and wu to bo sentenced sen-tenced Wednesday afternoon by City Judge William Elsmoro. Henry Chlpman and Wayn Morris, Mor-ris, charted with gambling, plead-ed plead-ed guilty before judge Elarooro lait week and were to bo tentenced Wednesday afternoon, Don Chlpman, SO, and Reed , Dunkley, charged with operating gambling games, pleaded not guilty and were bound over to Fourth district court to await trial. They were held In jail In lieu of f 1000 cash bond each. The charge resulted from raids mad on Wagstafrs residence February Feb-ruary IS by Gilbert Shumway, marshal mar-shal of American Fork, upon Information Infor-mation of Ernest B. Harrison, special spe-cial Investigator for the attorney general's office. Five others, all facing misdemeanor misde-meanor charge resulting from the raids, also were to be heard Wednesday. Wed-nesday. They are Dud Hindley, Frank Anderson, Ross Parker. Milton Mil-ton Shelley and John Adamson. |
