' i Mothers snd teachers of Air-baae Air-baae Village school students Saturday Sat-urday had decided to get together more often. Why? Because they held a "back .to school" program for mothers at the school Friday afternoon after-noon for the first time in the three-year history of the school, and the teacher-mother consultation consulta-tion was termed "a euccess." Mrs. William E. Sessions. Parent-Teacher Assn. president, pointed point-ed out that the Village school is an annex of the Onequa school, 510 N. 10th West. Both schools share the same P-T A officera. and regular meetings are held at Onequa.- But, she explained, mothers of Village students expressed the desire de-sire to visit with teachers in their children's classrooms, so the trial "back to school" waa held. Following outlining of student 'activities from the kindergarten through the third grade, mothers I were served" cider and doughnuts ifrom a bright table decorated with I Halloween motif. Mrs. Sessions reported that approximately ap-proximately 190 boye and girla now lare attending classes at the Village school.
