Christensen, 454 E. South Temple, $10 each, ignoring ignor-ing red traffic signal; Thomas Russon, 3966-3rd East, J5, Improper Improp-er passing; Fred J. Burn, 468-3rd East, $15, speeding; Ted G. Russell, Rus-sell, 3114 S. State, $5, driving with vision obscured; Russell G. Heath, 650-9th East, $10, permitting unlicensed un-licensed person to drive, and Glenn R. Benson, 8280 S. Redwood rd., $10, running stop sign.
