Show Pisiol Shot Victim Dies Following Kidney Removal A bullet wound through the abdomen and kidney last Wednesday Wednes-day morning proved fatal Tuesday at 12:45 a.m. to Manuel Ybarra, 25, 160 8. 4th West Ybarra died In a local hospital after removal of his kidneys, necessitated ne-cessitated by the nature of his wound. Meanwhile, Enrique P. Vargas, 20, 210 S. 4th West, who allegedly was holding the gun at the time it discharged, was free after paying pay-ing a 150 fine Saturday on a narcotics nar-cotics charge. Vargas, first held by police for investigation In connection with the shooting, was later released, and was sentenced Saturday on the narcotics charge by City Judge Clifford L. Ashton, who meted a penalty of 29 days In jail or $50 fine. County Attorney Hsrold E. Wallace Wal-lace said early Tuesday he could not say If an Inquest will be held, for he had not yet received a resort re-sort on the case.
