OCR Text	Show Producer DtMiltt Lost Court Decision to Union LOS ANGELES. Dec. 81 A Cecil B. DeMllle haa lost an appeal against dismissal of his suit to restrain ths American Federation of Radio Artists from assessing him to aid a political campaign. DeMille objected to the 31 assessment as-sessment because the money waa to bo used to fight a proposal in the California legislature to guarantee guar-antee the right to work, regardless regard-less of union affiliation. The proposal pro-posal waa defeated.
