Show POLICE HAVE FIERCE FIGHT IN A SALOON Sylvester Te Deskio, an Italian saloon- keeper, , became enraged yesterday at William Bess, a patron of his establishment, establish-ment, who ordered drinks that he was unable to pay for, and administered a severe drubbing to him. Bess was so badly beaten that h.e had to have the services of a physician to drees his Injuries. In-juries. He then complained to the police of the treatment he had received at the hand of Te Deskio. and Patrolmen Selgfus and Bush went to the saloon to arrest Te Deskio. The Italian was still In- a belligerent mood when the police arrived, and when they attempted to arrest him he made a rush behind the bar for a club, but was forestalled by tbe arresting patrolmen.
