Provo 25 Money for Miss Johnson, the unfortunate unfortu-nate paralytic, continues to flow into The Telegram office. Today contributions contribu-tions amounting to $104.69 were received. As the money to lift the mortgage from Miss Johnson's home has been received re-ceived The Telegram's fund for that purpose has been closed. The donations dona-tions received to date will be turned over to Miss Johnson with the consent of the donors. The Telegram suggests that all further fur-ther contributions be sent to Miss Johnson direct. Her home Is at 1464 Major avenue. Ten dollars has been received from F. D. Clifd, 447 East First South street, and $2.57 from the guests of the Manl-tou Manl-tou hotel. A number of well-known ladles of the city gathered yesterday afternoon at a tea and made up a contribution among them of $45 for Miss Johnson. The check was handed to The Telegram this morning, to he added to the fund. From Provo comes a check for $3.62, which was raised by two little girls. Thelma Sutton and Florence Roberts, age 9 and 8 years, respectively. These little philanthropists raised the um after school hours. Mrs: A. D. Sutton writes that although it Is too late to help In saving Miss Johnson's homo, she hopes the money will be of some benefit to the poor paralytic. C. H. Smith of Calientes. Nev., sends a money order for $20.60, which wss contributed by generous citizens of Calientes Cal-ientes who are readers and friends of The Telegram. The following letter was received from Pegram, Utah: "Enclosed please find $1. Add it to the fund being raised for that poor woman. wo-man. Say nothing about It only $1; no name." L.
