Show WEATHER CONDITIONS. " The cold weather reported over the eastern slope of the Rockies yesterday morning has increased considerably in intensity in-tensity and area, spreading out east and west and embracing the entire northern portion of the country from the North Pacific to- the North Atlantic States. Zero' U-mierature extends from Washington and Idaho to the Iower Lakes, and as far south as Dodge City. The lowest temperature temper-ature was 'M deg. below zero at Havre, Mont. A general snowstorm extends from the plateau region to the Upper Mississippi valley, with snow falling at time of report re-port at M'Kiena. Grand Junction, Lander, Denver. North Platte, Dodge City, Kansas Kan-sas City, Omaha, Huron. St. Paul and Duluti. Thunderstorms and heavy rain were repotted over the West Gulf region. The low barometric storm area has moved eastward to western Colorado this morning, and is central at Grand Junction. Junc-tion. R. J. HYATT, Local Forecaster. |
