Show Big Rodeo Performance Scheduled For July 4th. Celebration Hobble Creek Riding Club Sponsoring- Wild West Show, Promises Much Excitement At Ball Park July 3-4; Other Fourth Events Set t The Hobble Creek Riding Club Wednesday announced an-nounced plans practically completed for the big rodeo performance, per-formance, one of the major features of entertainment to be held here m connection with the Fourth of July celebration. The rodeo will be conducted on Wednesday and Thursday eve-uigs eve-uigs July 3 and 4, beginnning at 8 p. m., at the City Ball Park, and an invitation is extended to the general public to see this wild western show. Members of the Riding club have worked diligently at the Ball Park, building corrals, chutes, bleachers and other equipment to assure the success of the show. More than 50 head of stock to be used in the rodeo has been rounded up and brought directly from the desert. None have ever been, rode or trained for rodeo performance and an exciting exhibition ex-hibition is expected. A flood of . applications have been received from . prospective riders from all parts of Utah as well as from Wyoming, indicating considerable interest in the show. Cash prizes are being offered the winners in each of the four major ma-jor events, including bull riding, bronc riding, calf roping and bull dogging.' There will be plenty ,of trick riding performances and also al-so two clowns with well trained mules will furnish plenty of laughs between acts.
