Show Cluff E. Hopla of Lawrence, Kansas, has enrolled in the University Uni-versity of Kansas summer session, according to word received here this week. Mr. Hopla is a graduate student of the University. Mr and Mrs. Charles Conover had as dinner guests one day the past week, Mrf and Mrs. Frank Hetyell and daughter Jan of San Diego, Calif. The visitors returned on Wednesday after visiting other friends and relatives in Utah and attending the M.I.A. convention in Salt Lake. Mrs. Lulu Mendenhall has returned re-turned from a visit with her daughter and son-in-law, Dr. and Mrs. Phillip McCaul and little daughter. She spent some time with them at Chattanooga, Tenn. and later at New York. Mrs. McCaul, Mc-Caul, the former Merlynn Men- denhall, is being treated for illness at the hospital at Neponsit Beach Long Island, N.Y. Mrs. Mendej' hali spent approximately seVC1 weeks in the east and during her stay visited a number of piaces of interest. |
