Even small firecrackers are dangerous dan-gerous and many accidents have resulted from lighting them, officers state. "Let's all work together to make SpringviUe one place where death and disaster do not become the price our people must pay for their Fourth celebration. Instead, let us make certain, that the Fourth of July is a day of joyful and safe celebration of the independence in-dependence it commemorates." |
