Show Interesting Book Heard At Club Ladies Literary club members, at a delightful meeting on Thursday Thurs-day evening of last week, heard an interesting review of the book, "Mr. Adam," by Pat Frank, given by Mrs. G. Lowry Anderson. Mrs. Oliver Dalton was hostess and preceding the program served a nicely arranged lunch. Instrumental Instru-mental music was given during the fore part of the evening by Alice Erickson, David Dalton and Steven Clark. j Mrs. Edward Clyde, club presi-dent, presi-dent, presided at a short business meeting, in which it was decided j to contribute to the March of Dimes drive. Mrs. Lucille Bird, Mrs. Bertha B. Johnson, Mrs. Poulsen and Miss Hilda Dalton attended as special guests. The next meeting of the club was announced for Thursday, February Feb-ruary 5, at the home of Mrs. Harold Har-old Christensen, where Mrs. Ster- ling Ercanbrack of Provo, state federation club president, will talk on a current topic. |
