Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State 'Engineer to change or appropriate water in Utah County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated, all locations being from SLB&M. To Change: a-2135 A. O. Thorn, Paul A. Thorn and Grant S. Thorn, Springville Spring-ville Road, Provo, Ut., proposes to change the place and nature of use of 0.1 sec. ft. of water right acquired by Application No. 10709 and Certificate No. 2031. The water wa-ter has been diverted from Hath-enbruck Hath-enbruck Spring at a point N. 28 00' W..74.0 ft: from E Cor. Sec. 8, T7S, R3E, and used for domestic domes-tic purposes, at Utah County Infirmary. In-firmary. Hereafter, v the above quantity of water will be diverted from the same source at the point described above and used for domestic purposes pur-poses and for washing aggregate and mixing concrete at applicant's plant. To Appropriate: 19053 Springville Municipal Corporation, 50 South Main St., Springville, Ut. 7 sec. ft. for Power purposes from Bartholomew Bartholo-mew Springs at a point N. 29 30' W. 4950 ft. from Cor. Sec. 17, T7S, R4E. o The water will be conveyed by 16-in. pipe a distance of 21,300 ft. where it will be used to operate one 36-in. Impulse wheel operating under a static head of 1100 ft. and generating 500 horsepower. The power produced pro-duced will be used for power and lights in the City of Springville. The water will be returned at a point N. 100 ft. from E Cor. Sec. 32, T7S, R4E. 19054 Springville Municipal Corporation, 50 So. Main St., Springville, Ut. 7 sec. ft. for power purposes from Bartholomew Bartholo-mew Springs at a point N. 100 ft. from E Cor. Sec. 32, T7S, R4E. The water will be conveyed through a 16-in. pipe a distance of 7880 ft. and used to operate a 36-in. Impulse wheel under a head of 167 ft. and generating 95 horsepower. The power produced will be used for power and lighting at Springville City. The water will be returned at a point S. 980 ft. and E. 3787 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 6, T8S, R4E, and will at a later date be conveyed from- this point to the city mains. 19055 Springville Municipal Corporation, 50 Soutji Main St., Springville, Ut. 20 sec. ft. for Power purposes from Hobble Creek at a point S. 980 ft. and E. 3787 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 6, T8S, R4E. The water will be conveyed by canal and 36-in. pipe a distance of 7100 ft. where it will be used from Jan. 1 to May 15, and from Sept. 15 to Dec. 31to operate a 40-in. Impulse wheel under a head of 100 ft. and generating 182 horsepower to be used for power and lighting purposes in the City of Springville. The water will be returned at a point S. 800 ft. and E. 1600 ft. from W Cor. Sec. 1, T8S, R3E. 19265 George Money, RFD No. 2, Spanish Fork, Ut. .015 sec. ft. for domestic use from a 2 -in. well bet. 400 and 500 ft. deep at a point N. 1125 ft. and E. 950 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 11, T8S, R3E. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications, applica-tions, with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form with extra copy, and filed with the State Engineer, En-gineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before May 1, 1948.
