Show DEADLINE -FOR INCOME TAX DRAWS NEARER Don't procrastinate any longer on filing that federal income tax return. You may have a kickback coming. William J. Korth, collector of internal in-ternal revenue, Tuesday said approximately ap-proximately 130,000 Utahns are expected to get rebates on taxes. To date just 60,200 have been "repaid off." That means that about 70 of the 100,000 Utahns who have not filed returns likely will get paid for the trouble of filing. Utahns now have received refunds re-funds totaling $2,750,000. Mr. Korth said he expects 250,000 to file this year, with refunds nearing $7,500,000. With nearly $5,000,000 to split 70,000 ways, it's still worth your trouble . . . And besides, it's the law, and before March 15. |
