Show New Eighth Ward Created; Ward Officers Sustained i Considerable change in organization organ-ization of wards of Kolob stake was effected t a ward conference Sunday night at Second ward chapel. , Second ward was given new boundaries as follows: All of the region west of Third East street and south of Eighth South street extending to the limits of Spanish Fork, and also the tiers of blocks extending from Fourth South to Eighth South and from Third East street to Main street. Oliver Dal-ton Dal-ton was resustained as bishop, and was given as counselors Claude Smith and Riley Norton. The ward clerk, Ruel E. Crandall, and assistant ward clerk, "Lowell Crandall, were retained. A new ward was created out of the remnants of the Fifth and Second Sec-ond wards to be known as the Springville Eighth ward. Boundaries Boun-daries of the new ward will be from Second South and Second East streets to Fourth South, then west to Main street, south to Eighth South, west to the Palmyra Palmy-ra boundaries, north to Second South and east to the beginning at Second East. ' New officers sustained sus-tained for the new ward are: Leo A.
