Show j Leaves for Tahiti . . . ! , . v ' i Mark E. Larscn Mark E. Larsen to Leave Soon for Mission in Tahiti Honoring Mark E. Larsen who is leaving soon to fill an LDS mission mis-sion in Tahiti, a farewell program and testimonial has been arranged by the Seventh ward, Sunday evening even-ing in the word chapel, beginning at 5 p.m., to which members of the ward and friends of the missionary mis-sionary are invited. A son of the late Clarence A. and Marjorie Larsen, Mark has been enrolled at the Brigham Young University four years., He plans to enter the mission home March 23 and will sail March 31. The program in his honor, will be carried out as follows: Prelude, Miss Audrey Hall; opening song, ; "Let Us All Press On," congregation; congrega-tion; invocation, Miss Phyllis Mc-Quivey; Mc-Quivey; Sacrament song, "Sweet is the Work"; talk, Paul K. Walker; Walk-er; trio, "The Lord's Prayer," Nina, Leda Marie and Rose Lynette Law; remarks, Bishop Edgar S. Best and Glen H. Turner with response by the missionary. The closing song will be by the congregation, "Carry On," with the benediction by Carolyn Herbert and postlude music by Audrey Hall. |
