RECREATIONAL PROGRAM- J 1 Try and establish unity of the various clubs and the City Officials of our City for a united effort towards developing a Recre- aion Center at some approved site adequate enough in size and, facilities to accommodate Rodeo, Baseball, or other type of p recreation requiring similar circumstances, even to include a public address system and night lighting. L Further the development of Kelly's Grove as a recreation center and also the development of the site for Summer Homes. I & I 2. WATER- j 1 Improve and expand the culinary water system and equalize pressure throughout the City. ,: I 3. POWER- f 1 Building of a New "White Way" through our Main Street to safeguard the lives of our citizens, and also improve the appear- ance of the business section. Improve the power and lighting facilities by building new and larger lines where needed. 4. SEWAGE- 1 Expansion of the sewer system to serve the maximum number of citizens and working towards a sewage disposal plant either I through the County-wide program, as suggested at this time, or on our own if the County-wide program doesn't develop. 5.
