Show Institute of Music Organized Here; To Begin Nov. 1 Something new has been added to Springville which will be of cultural value to everyone who takes advantage of its service. Jacob Bos, talented musician and instructor recently from Holland, Holl-and, has organized what is to be known as the Springville Institute In-stitute of Music which will have for its motive the teaching of music, mu-sic, drama and dance. The institute is composed of eighteen wel - known authorities in the three cultural fields and they are offering training, elementary, elem-entary, advanced and professional in the various cultural arts. The institute will begin activity on November 1, with temporary location in the. First ward church. Private and group lessons will be given in piano, organ, violin, viola, cello, flute, oboe and English horn, clarinet, bassoon, instrumental, vocal, vo-cal, opera, tumpet, trombone, voice, quartet singing, ballet, children's group ballet, theory, harmony, music history, composition, composi-tion, instrumentation and dramatic activities. All instructors are professional in their line and the very best instruction in-struction will be given. One of the purposes of the organization or-ganization is to furnish an incentive incen-tive for older students, after leaving leav-ing school, to continue their music study. There will be groups organized to present musical entertainment and recitals will be given from time to time by the various instructors.
